- The great man of a country is called the power house of that country. Because if we follow the way and words shown by the great men, why should the country or nation never have to bear the stigma of stupidity and barbarism. Rather, all kinds of stigma are removed from those countries or nations. And gets the respect of the best country or nation to the world.
- Swami Vivekananda is such a great, generous, sharp-witted, pious great man. He was the first person to place India, the Indian nation, in an advanced position in the court of the world. Swami Vivekananda's ideology influenced not only India but the whole world. The whole world was impressed by his wisdom. Swami Vivekananda is also said to be one of the great men of determination, judgment and spiritual power. Swami Vivekananda died on 4th July 1863. However, great souls never die, because they have lived in the minds of billions of people for thousands of years through their great deeds. In Swami Vivekananda's last life, India was under British rule. He told the youth of the country to get up, wake up and fight, and keep fighting until you can achieve success. Make what you think the goal of your life and learn to dream with that thought. If you continue to make your thoughts the goal of your life, you will surely win. Never feel weak, there is nothing in this world that you cannot do. If there is a clash between your mind and intellect, you will always listen to the mind. His inflammatory speech caused a stir among the youth of that time, which resulted in the liberation of India from British slavery in later years.
- He introduced India's ancient Hindu religion and the ideals of Hinduism to the world at the World Religions Conference in Chicago, USA. Through his speeches at the conference, he made all Americans his brothers and sisters. And all the people present at the conference listened to the first line of his speech, stood up for 2 minutes and applauded and congratulated. He further said that all religions are the best and the greatest and the essence of each religion is the same, different religions are nothing but different ways to reach God.
- Inspired by Swami Vivekananda's ideals, Margaret Noble, a young woman from England, came to his memory. And later became known as Margaret Nobel Sister Nivedita. Besides, Nicholas Tesla and many others lived their lives inspired by the ideals of Swami Vivekananda.

- দেশের মহাপুরুষকে সেই দেশের শক্তি ঘর বলা হয়। কারন মাহাপুরুষদের দেখানো পথ ও বাণীকে অনুসরণ ককোনো রে চললে কেনো দেশ বা জাতিকে কখনো মূর্খতা ও অসভ্যের গ্লানি বহন করতে হয়না। বরং সেই সব দেশ বা জাতির উপর থেকে সমস্ত রকমের কালিমা মুছে যায়। এবং বিশ্বের কাছে শ্রেষ্ঠ দেশ বা জাতির সম্মান পায়।
- তেমনই একজন মহৎ, উদারতাময়, তিক্ষ্মবুদ্ধি সম্পূর্ণ, ধার্মিক মহাপুরুষ হলো স্বামী বিবেকানন্দ। তিনিই প্রথম ব্যাক্তি যিনি ভারতবর্ষ তথা ভারতীয় জাতিকে বিশ্বের দরবারে এক উন্নত আসনে বসিয়ে ছিলেন। স্বামী বিবেকানন্দের আদর্শে শুধু ভারত নয় বরং গোটা বিশ্বই প্রভাবিত হয়েছিল। গোটা বিশ্বই প্রভাবিত হয়েছিল তাঁর বিচক্ষণতায়। স্বামী বিবেকানন্দকে সংকল্প শক্তি, বিচার শক্তি ও আধ্যাতিক শক্তির এক অন্যতম মহান পুরুষও বলা হয়। ৪ঠা জুলাই ১৮৬৩ সালে স্বামী বিবেকানন্দ মৃত্যু বরন করেন। যদিও মহাৎপ্রাণ ব্যাক্তিদের কখনো মৃত্যু হয়না, কারন তাঁরা তাদের মহৎ কাজের মাধ্যমে হাজার হাজার বছর ধরে কোটি কোটি মানুষের মনের ভিতরে জীবিত থাকে। স্বামী বিবেকানন্দের শেষ জীবনে ততকালীন ভারতবর্ষ ব্রিটিশদের অধীনে ছিলো। তিনি দেশের যুবকদের উদ্দেশ্যে বলেছিলেন ওঠো, জাগো এবং লড়াই করো, আর ততক্ষণ লড়তে থাকো যতক্ষণ না সাফল্য অর্জন করতে পারছ। তুমি যেটি ভাবছ সেটিকে তুমি তোমার জীবের লক্ষ বানাও এবং ঐ ভাবনাকে নিয়ে স্বপ্ন দেখতে শেখ। তেমার ভাবনাকেই জীবনের লক্ষ বানিয়ে চললে তেমার জয় অবশ্যই হবে। নিজেকে কখনো দূর্বল ভাববে না, তুমি পারোনা এমন কিছুই এই পৃথিবীতে নেই। তোমার মন আর বুদ্ধির ভিতরে সংঘর্ষ হলে তুমি সব সমায় মনের কথা শুনে চলবে। তাঁর জ্বালাময়ী এই বক্তৃতা ততকালীন যুবসমাজের মধ্যে আলোড়ন সৃষ্টি করেছিল, যার ফলস্বরূপ পরবর্তী ভারতবর্ষ ব্রিটিশদের গোলামী থেকে মুক্তি পেয়েছিল।
- তিনি তিনি আমেরিকার শিকাগো শহরে অনুষ্ঠিত বিশ্ব ধর্ম সম্মেলনে ভারতের প্রাচীন সনাতন হিন্দু ধর্মকে ও হিন্দু ধর্মের আদর্শকে বিশ্বের দরবারে পৌঁছে দেন।এই ধর্ম সম্মেলনে তিনি তাঁর বক্তৃতার মাধ্যমে সমস্ত আমেরিকা বাসিকে নিজের ভাই - বোন বানিয়ে নেয়। এবং সম্মেলনে উপস্থিত সমস্ত মানুষ তাঁর বক্তৃতার প্রথম লইন শুনে টানা ২ মিনিট উঠে দাড়িয়ে করতালি দিয়ে অভিনন্দন জানিয়ে ছিলেন। তিনি আরও বলেছিলেন সমস্থ ধর্মই শ্রেষ্ঠ ও মহান এবং প্রত্যেকটি ধর্মের মূলকথাও এক, আলাদা আলাদা ধর্ম হলো ঈশ্বরের কাছে পৌছানোর আলাদা আলাদা পথ ছাড়া আর কিছুই নয়।
- স্বামী বিবেকানন্দের আদর্শে অনুপ্রাণিত হয়ে ইংল্যান্ডের তরুণী মার্গারেট নোবেল তাঁর স্মরনে আসেন। এবং পরবর্তীতে মার্গারেট নোবেল সিস্টার নিবেদিতা নামে পরিচিত হন। এছাড়া নিকোলাস টেসলা ও আরো অনেকেই স্বামী বিবেকানন্দের আদর্শে অনুপ্রাণিত হয়ে তাদের জীবন অতিবাহিত করেন।
