What really makes the food of Bengalis very wonderful??

*You will be really surprised to hear what kind of food the Bengalis are world famous for today.


  Bengalis are called food lovers, so if i don't discuss the Bengali food list, there is a dilemma somewhere in your mind. Yes, I am a Bengali, so what can I say about Bengali food  .  So let's start talking about Bengali food.  There is a common saying in Bengal that everything from the birth of the Bengalis to the death is a ceremony .  And bengalis ceremony  means eating and drinking.  And for the nature of this food and drink, Bengalis have been given the title of gourmet .  I don't think any Bengali feels unhappy with this title .  Yes, a lot has been said about Bengali. Let's take a look at the food list.  And let's find out the secret of why Bengalis are called food lovers.  And yes, Bengalis like to eat fish the most.  That is why this Bengali is called Bengali in fish and rice.

1.  Fish:  When it comes to fish, the first thing to talk about is hilsa fish, maybe the second fish is not as delicious as hilsa fish.  That is why Bengalis make many kinds of items with this fish, among which - hilsa in grain, steamed hilsa are famous.  There are also rui, katla, chintal, papada, paturi shrimp malaikari etc.  Shrimp malaikari is a very popular dish of Bengalis.

  This was a short and funny description of the Bengalis.  Another day I will talk about some fun food.  I finished here today.  Yes, if you love Bengalis or have never eaten Bengali food, I would request you to try Bengali food at least once in your life.  I can challenge you to say that you will fall in love with this food.

**আপনি এটা শুনে সত্যিই অবাক হবেন যে কি ধরনের খাবার খেয়ে আজ বাঙালিরা পৃথিবীর বিখ্যাত।





বাঙালিদের কে ভোজন রসিক বলা হয়ে থাকে, তাই  বাঙালির খাবার লিস্ট সম্পর্কে আলোচনা না করলে মনের ভিতরে কোথায় যেনো  একটা দ্বিধা বোধ হয়। হ্যা, আমি নিজেই একজন বাঙ্গালী তাই খাবারের সম্পর্কে না বলে কি আর থাকা যায়। তো চলুন শুরু করা  যাক বাঙালি খাবার সম্পর্কে কিছু কথা। বাংলায় প্রচলিত একটা কথা আছে,  বাঙ্গালীদের ৬ষ্ঠী পূজো থেকে শুরু করে স্রাদ্ধ সব কিছুই এক একটা অনুষ্ঠান । আর অনুষ্ঠান  মানে,  খাওয়া- দাওয়া । আর এই খাওয়া - দাওয়ার  স্বভাবের জন্য,  বাঙ্গালিকে পেটুক তকমা দেওয়া হয়েছে। এই তকমাতে যে কোনো বাঙ্গালী মন থেকে অখুশি বোধ করে এটা আমার মনে হয় না। হ্যা অনেক কিছু বলা হলো বাঙ্গালী  সম্পর্কে এবার খাবারের লিস্ট দেখে নেওয়া যাক। আর এই রহস্যটা কে খুজে দেখা যাক কেনো বাঙালিদের কে ভোজন রসিক বলা হয়। আর হ্যা বাঙ্গালী সব থেকে বেশি মাছ খেতে পছন্দ করে। তাইতো এই বাঙ্গালীকে মাছে ভাতে বাঙ্গালী বলা হয়।


 ১।  মাছ;  মাছের ভিতরে বলতে গেলে প্রথমেই বলতে হয় ইলিশ মাছের কথা,  ইলিশ মাছের মতো সুস্বাদু মাছ হয়তো দ্বিতীয়টা নেই। তাইতো বাঙ্গালীরা এই মাছ দিয়ে অনেক রকমের আইটেম বানিয়ে থাকে যার মধ্যে - শশ্যে ইলিশ, ইলিশ ভাপা এগুলো বিখ্যাত। এছাড়াও রয়েছে রুঁই, কাতলা, চিঁতল, পাপদা, পাতুরি চিংড়ি মাছের মালাইকারী ইত্যাদি। চিংড়ি মাছের মালাইকারী বাঙ্গালীর অতি জনপ্রিয় একটি খাবার ।

                     

 ২। মাংস; মাংসের ভিতরে কচিঁ পাঁঠার কষা মাংসের কথা না বললে নয়। তারপরে তো মুরগীর মাংস রয়েছেই। মাংসের তৈরি  স্পেশাল খাবার বিরিয়ানির কথা না বললে কি চলে।


                         

৩। মন্ডা - মিঠাই ; বাঙ্গালীরা মিষ্টি খেতে খুবই পছন্দ করে। মিষ্টির ভিতরে সব থেকে অন্যতম হলো রসগোল্লা। বাঙ্গালীর এই রসগোল্লা শুধু ভারতবর্ষে নয় পুরো পৃথিবী বিখ্যাত।


                   

এই ছিলো বাঙ্গালীদের এর ছোট্ট একটি মজাদার বর্ণনা। আবার অন্য দিন বলবো কিছু মজাদার খাবারের কথা। আজ এখানেই শেষ করলাম।  হ্যা
